During an interaction with a fan following a Q&A at Gateshead College in England on Tuesday (December 2), Matty Healy revealed that The 1975 have recorded two new albums, with at least one of the projects – and possibly both – entitled DOGS. The brief conversation was shared on TikTok, with the fan asking Healy about the significance of “DOGS” being scrawled on George Daniels’ drum kit during the band’s Glastonbury performance, and if that was the name of their upcoming album. “We made two,” Healy responds, while adding, “It might be one, it might be two, but yeah, we’ve made two albums.”  This upcoming release(s) will follow their 2022 UK No. 1 album, Being Funny in a Foreign Language, which Healy has been revisiting as of late, recently removing the track “Human Too” from streaming services in order to make the record “more how I want it to be.” (Rolling Stone)
