Governor Ralph Northam held a briefing Tuesday to give an update on COVID in the commonwealth.

As of April 1, some crowd restrictions will ease, according to Northam, with social gatherings restricted to 50 people inside and 100 per gathering outside. For entertainment and sports events, 500 people will be allowed at inside events, with a limit of 30% of capacity at outside events.
